Erin Urban is the founding Executive Director of the Noble Maritime Collection. A graduate of Lake Forest College, she has over 30 years of experience in arts administration. She organized and oversaw the Noble Crew, the volunteer corps that worked on the adaptive reuse of the museum's home, a National Historic Landmark and former dormitory for mariners at Sailors' Snug Harbor. Urban oversees the ongoing cataloging of the museum's collection of maritime art, artifacts, and documents, and she researches and designs the museum's major exhibitions. She has written four books, most recently Caddell Dry Dock: 100 Years Harborside.

Ciro Galeno, Jr. began working for the Noble Maritime Collection in 2005 and became its Assistant Director in 2006. He holds the Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Arts, with a focus on graphic design from St. John's University. He has also studied exhibition design and arts administration at New York University. He curated Living Life Gloriously: A Glimpse of the Personality of Amelia "Gloria" Noble in 2007, The Atelier of Wichita Bill in 2010, and Titanic: A Centennial Exhibition of Contemporary Art in 2012.
He designs all the museum's publications, including catalogues for the aforementioned exhibitions and auctions, and the museum's latest book, Caddell Dry Dock: 100 Years Harborside.
Dawn Daniels | Director of Programsdawndaniels@noblemaritime.org
Dawn Daniels is the Director of Programs at the Noble Maritime Collection. She holds the Bachelor’s degree in Arts Education from Empire State College, SUNY and has twenty years experience working as an administrator for Staten Island organizations, including Snug Harbor Cultural Center and the Staten Island Children’s Museum. She served as the museum’s Director of Programs from 2005-2008 and returned in 2013. Daniels wrote and developed its education program Annie’s Journey to America, which uses music and storytelling to teach students about immigration. An accomplished Irish step dance teacher and choreographer, she placed fourth in national step dancing championship competitions in 2002. She uses her performing arts background to enhance our education programs, which teach students about the events in maritime history that have shaped New York Harbor.
